Sotterley boasts a variety of sites available for rental which can accommodate a broad range of events and be combined or customized to suit your needs. From small meetings to large parties, our venue is the perfect setting for your next event!
All site rental agreements will require payment of both a security and nonrefundable deposit, due with signed contract, to hold date.
The security deposit is $500 and is refunded in full following the event, provided the site is left in good condition.
The non-refundable deposit, is $500 and this amount is credited to your final balance, provided the event is not cancelled. Should the event be cancelled this deposit is NOT refundable.
If client cancels event no later than 30 days prior to the date of the event, client is entitled to a refund of all rental fees, except the non-refundable deposit.
If cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to the event date and up until two weeks prior to the event date, client will forfeit 50% of the total rental fee.
If cancellation occurs within two weeks prior to the event date, client will forfeit the entire rental fee, except the security deposit.
